FACS (Flexible Automated Collection System)

We now have a new and improved version of the most powerful FACS system tool. Ontario Systems, the creator of FACS, has combined and expanded the functionality’s of Smart Dispositions, Beginning-Phase, In-Phase, and Finish-Phase tactics, as well as the ability to update user-defined windows. Tactics are more powerful and easier to use.

CHECKWRITER

FACS Checkwriter is a new check writing product that is seamlessly integrated with the FACS system. This product provides the ability to store debtor checking account information and prints checks "in-house". FACS Checkwriter features immediate verification of bank account numbers and automatic creation of cash batches. User-defined security is available to control access to FACS Checkwriter functions. FACS Checkwriter minimizes data entry and turnaround time by eliminating the wait for a customer to mail in a check.

OAR (Online Archive Retrieval)

Paid accounts are purged to a separate Windows NT Server for easy access to all previous information. With its seamless integration, the call up of accounts is fast and provides a valuable collection resource. Many debtors will have on-going credit problems and the ability to pull up asset information already researched has proven to be invaluable.

GC MVP

GC MVP is an inbound/outbound predictive dialing system designed to create a highly efficient, low-cost method of contacting debtors. Operating as an add-on module to the FACS system, GC MVP integrates with the FACS database. It is designed to maximize collector productivity by relieving the collector of the dialing function, while providing a continual flow of "live" contacts. Unattended messaging is an additional collection tool within this program. This software will dial debtor telephone numbers within a specific data pool and leave messages to call our office. GC MVP also automates the distribution of incoming calls to either a group of collectors (by client or business type), or to a specific collector (by account ownership). This ensures the right person gets to the debtor the fastest, thus increasing the level of service we are providing to our clients.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

IVR is another of the seamless integration of products that makes the FACS system functional and relatively trouble free. IVR was created to handle the incoming call through automation, setting parameters for initializing payment plans, allowing the debtor to check the account balance, and to leave voice-mail for the collector in the event the debtor calls after hours. All notices have the IVR telephone numbers on them with instructions on how to use their password.
