Our mission is to collect accounts assigned by our clients. We will pursue all allowable methods necessary to collect these accounts including, but not limited to, making pre-suit demands, filing of lawsuits, wage garnishments, bank account attachments, property liens, etc.
We recognize however, that cooperating with customers who cooperate with us, who express a willingness to pay and who will work toward settlement of their debt is in the best interest of that person, our client, and of course Valley Credit Service.
We believe in forward thinking and anticipating the needs and changes influencing our clients and the collection industry. We pride ourselves in being a member of the Oregon and American Collectors Association and adhere to their strict operations and code of ethics.
